I love how quick and courteous they are. I did find a few extra nicks and dings this time around. However, I would always recommend them for a stress free move.

I am very displeased with the service rendered Two Men & A-Truck. THEY BROKE MY WALL UNIT!!! - THEY DELIVERED SOMEONE ELSES’ WALL MIRROR. THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT BEING TIRED AND HAVING TO PROVIDE SERVICE FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!!!

Moved a grandfather clock and ruined the balance. It cost me $400 to have it repaired.

Great crew leader, one guy liked to talk and other punched hole in wall with furniture. Otherwise good move.

Packing was either not done or poorly identified. The movers complained audibly that their own people did a very poor job of packing. Then the movers needed boxes. And then the movers broke several or our belongings. We won't recommend Two Men to anyone.

Overall a good job. A few things broken, a few dents and dings, but not unacceptable.

The difference between the grades given to the Office staff and the movers is because the movers themselves were great, Management/Office staff's, treatment of a desk destroyed in the move was insulting Really $15.00????? You did something like this years ago to me! No call back no call back no text??

We hired Two Men for two days. One to pack and one to move. However, only about half of our house got packed. And of that the identification of the boxes was either wrong or absent. As a result the movers came the second day without any boxes and complained about their own people from the day before. Then during the move they broke an expensive cooker and a full length mirror. We won't be using Two Men again.

I've used 2 Men and a Truck before, and had always been impressed with the speed and quality of their movers. This time around, the movers were slow and their quality was lacking. We lost a few dishes and glassware due to dropped boxes. The move itself had a myriad of problems, most notably, one of the guys got into it with the lead and had to be pulled, so we had multiple office people out which slowed, almost halted, their progress. This all made me very sad as I've always considered the service to be the best. Not sure if I'll use then again, and I'm now afraid to recommend them to others. Still waiting on the claims department to help replace the broken items. To sum it up in a word, I was DISAPPOINTED with this particular move.

Got the job done, but broke my glass table legs, dented a canvas, and put the beds in the wrong room. I would like to be re-imbursed for my cost to get the table legs re-made.
