Our moving crew was exceptional. They explained the whole process, asked questions of what we wanted to leave out of the truck, and moved everything with great care. Terrible. You only moved 8 items and damaged three of them. Broke the refrigerator water shutoff and got water all over. Didn’t listen to me when I said to remove the refrigerator doors because that’s the way it fits through the front door. Broke the handle off the refrigerator, dented the entire front of the refrigerator, and the walls and door trying to force it, despite having a solution.

Two men and a truck are awesome movers. The entire staff from office staff to dispatcher to the associates that are doing the actual move are all super amazing. I appreciate your help and courtesy.
