Terrible. You only moved 8 items and damaged three of them. Broke the refrigerator water shutoff and got water all over. Didn’t listen to me when I said to remove the refrigerator doors because that’s the way it fits through the front door. Broke the handle off the refrigerator, dented the entire front of the refrigerator, and the walls and door trying to force it, despite having a solution.

Two men and a truck are awesome movers. The entire staff from office staff to dispatcher to the associates that are doing the actual move are all super amazing. I appreciate your help and courtesy.

I got a call from the office well past the agreed upon arrival time that there was an issue and the team would arrive later that morning; this was after I CALLED the office.
The moving team was great - very nice and effective and knew what they were doing. There were a few really heavy items and they were able to make it happen. There were multiple stops and a dump run. Good service & price.

Isaiah and his co-worker did a fabulous job of moving our uncle to his new place. They were so helpful, courteous, efficient and my in laws were thrilled with their work. Thank you to them and Erika for being so incredibly helpful!

The move went smoothly and the crew was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the pricing, I feel that the rates are too high. I paid almost $2300 for a move that didn’t involve major appliances or much furniture

We had an awesome team of three with Brandon and his crew on Nov 7th. It was a local move and they all worked so hard and were extra careful with all of our items. I would ask for that crew specifically again they work very well together!! Thank you for helping us get into our new home!
