The movers came at 1:15pm, at 2:30pm one of the movers said that if they were not done by 4pm they would have to park their truck with my belonging in their company lot over night and finish the next day. I told they that was not acceptable, that they should not have started if they could not finish taking my things to my storage unit. The one mover that told me that they had to leave early then claimed that I had bed bugs. so they had to stop. I called their office and talked to someone. He said they had to remove all my stuff from their truck. I was very upset. He said he would call the mover. The mover said they could take what was on the truck to my storage. That was too fishy. I had a bug company come out, there was no sign of bed bugs. I had to hire another moving company to finish.

I was able to arrange everything by phone and got a quote right away. They were understanding of my tentative dates - and accommodated my final schedule, requiring moves to two different places. Staff wash responsive to all my questions and concerns. A manager came for an on-site evaluation: the quote remained reasonable and competitive. The movers came on time. They were friendly and asked appropriate questions. They moved methodically and efficiently, were protective of our furniture, piano, boxes. They knew how to break-down and re-assemble furniture. An office person was monitoring the movers' progress. Indeed, two men and a truck were all that was needed. They were properly equipped, knew how to protect themselves from injury, and worked well together.

The moving experience started rocky because I was sent an estimate which, based on the language contained in the estimate, made me think it was an actual appointment. I did not hear anything from the company until the day of the move when I was informed that I was only sent an estimate and no move was actually booked. Therefore, had to reschedule the move on the day I thought I was supposed to move. I also did not receive the boxes I thought I ordered (I am absolutely certain I did). However, the office staff and moving crew were very responsive and helped me through the process like champs.

Seem to have more of a commitment to get the job done rather than focus on customer satisfaction and appreciation. Very much felt like I was just another job. They overall care of my property, although not negligent, was not as if the property was their own. Some minor damage and breakage. Have seen other companies treat customers property with more respect and care.

Scheduling was easy, costs were laid out up front, there was a confirmation call to confirm the move and a call to let me know the guys were on their way.
