The men worked great I bought them pizza and gave them a decent tip but when they figured out my bill they charged me for a extra hour, when I questioned it they said he got lost coming to my house in the morning and it took them a hour to find my place. I felt like your company took advantage of me...

We just charge by actual time so the clock started once the crew left the office and the clock ended once the crew got back to the office. If you'd like, I can send you all the paperwork with your start and stop times as well. Each truck is equipped with GPS so we can refer back to those times as well. Please call the office at: (480) 991-1805 if you'd like to break down your work order. There were 3 men, Jonathan, Jacob and Roman. The only negative is that I couldn't read the card they left for review! They were outstanding, even asking if they could put together the frame and bed for us. They were professional, can do guys, always careful and very polite. They lined up the patio furniture and did not just toss it anywhere. You will not be disappointed. On time as well!
