From beginning to end, the two movers from the Scottsdale location, Steven & Dalton, were very professional and courteous. They arrived right at 8am, fully prepared, as the courtesy call 30 min b4 indicated. They never got "flustured" altho they had to retrieve items from 4 different places in a 9 bathroom, 4 laundry room house. They were just as excellent unloading to a 2 story unit. Thank you guys and staff! Moving is stressful, but you certainly help making it much less so!

The movers came at 1:15pm, at 2:30pm one of the movers said that if they were not done by 4pm they would have to park their truck with my belonging in their company lot over night and finish the next day. I told they that was not acceptable, that they should not have started if they could not finish taking my things to my storage unit. The one mover that told me that they had to leave early then claimed that I had bed bugs. so they had to stop. I called their office and talked to someone. He said they had to remove all my stuff from their truck. I was very upset. He said he would call the mover. The mover said they could take what was on the truck to my storage. That was too fishy. I had a bug company come out, there was no sign of bed bugs. I had to hire another moving company to finish.

<div>We&#39;re terribly sorry for the inconvenience with your relocation, Marth. We have a strict sanitary policy and put our employees through a training process to identify if there are any insects present. We can not jeopardize the sanitation of our trucks since we move multiple customers&#39; a week and would hate to infect any of our customers&#39; belongings. We hope you understand and we&#39;re pleased you were able to find another company finish the process.
