They got things packed up fine and even helped get things organized by taking the boxes to the rooms that were tagged on them. The only problem is that I just have too much things and need to down size, which you have nothing to do with that project.

These guys didn't mess around and never stopped moving. It was well worth the price, which was a lot less than what I expected. I asked Matthew who the boss was. He quickly replied, "You're the boss". That was the best answer I could have ever gotten. Great job guys!

I overall really enjoyed/appreciated my experience. When I received my follow up call the next day I already explained this over the phone, but I did have one experience that was not positive. When I asked for the time I was told 8:00am. I know that the clock starts ticking once they leave the facility. I received a call at 7:18am and I lived very close to the location. I was up until 4am packing so I planned on waking up closer to 8. Granted, I should have read the actual quote that showed there was a window starting at 7:30. If it was later in the day It would not have mattered too much, but I planned on that 8am time. Other than that everything else was WONDERFUL. I will definitely be using your services moving forward and have already recommended you to others.

Overall experience was good. Did damage my dining room table, though. Broke 2 feet on the same side of table. Crew must have overloaded or packed the truck in an odd manner.

Team showed up approximately 3 hours late. Furnishings were removed from old location and loaded on a truck. Moved from one unit to another within the same complex (same floorplan). I was advised that an additional 2 movers would be required to unload. Second crew arrived and advised me that a waiver would need to be signed prior to moving the furniture into the new location. Furniture was now on the truck, so I had no options. Once signed, the care and concern for the furniture and walls was gone. Walls were damaged in several locations. Several pieces of furniture were damaged during the move in. Request for a claim to cover wall damage was placed. Advised I would receive a call the beginning of the week. No call has been received as of the start of week 2.
Robert
The movers were efficient and cooperative in moving the furniture to the destinations we selected. They used creative problem solving when two of the pieces did not fit through the door, so they moved them through a window and the arcadia door.
