The service over all was very good. I was surprise of the traveling fee that was only a total of 50 miles and the movers did NO boxes or packing. It was just furniture. I was told by the office staff they would get with the manager and see what could be done. So far, I have not heard anything. I would recommend them to friends. Thanks

The two movers were excellent. On-time, respectful, courteous and hard-working.
The only negative I can say is about the company's care for the employees. It was slated to be 120 degrees on the day of my move. When the guys arrived, they started work straight-away. After a bit, I asked if they had water. They said no, that the 'office' hadn't given them ice and when they fill the cooler with just water it gets to hot to drink. That's terrible! There are easy solutions to remedy that. I gave them water all morning as well as to-go waters. It's absolutely despicable to treat your employees that way. I hope you read these reviews and take them seriously.

My team was awful. It took them 9 hours to pack a 4 room condo with 85% packed. Boxes they packed had to be all opened because they were not tagged right. A lot came broken or damaged. Never will use you again.
