Thanks for lowering fees due to running late. All else top-notch.

Desmond and Raymond were super. They were pleasant and somehow managed to get our house to fit in a very small storage space. These fellas know what they're doing!

The pick up was great, but they forgot about us when dropping off our stuff. We had to call several times. They ended up coming out late and the men had the best attitude.

From the time I called in to make the move arrangements I knew where I was in the process. They showed up when they said and went right to it. The two men were friendly and very helpful and worked hard.

I had unusual items to move and the men had such great teamwork and had a wonderful positive attitude. It was a pleasure working with them because they took great care packing, loading and unloading the items. It took 2 loads to move and they worked over the estimated time and it was getting dark but they got everything moved. These men were very nice and took direction well. Great guys to work with and are an asset to your company!

Great job you did what you said you would very efficient

I had only 2 items but they were heavy and delicate. There went over and above to care for these items.

They were very courteous to us and all of our family . They were very respectful to all our kids as well. A+

Eric and Robert did an excellent job. They treated our furniture like it was their own, and they were very friendly, professional and courteous.

The team was very polite and easy to work with, however didn't seem to have the eagerness to work fast. Don't get me wrong the guys personality was fun and outgoing, but their team work seemed to be off. I was pleased they had all my bulky /heavy furniture out of the apartment and down stairs in the grass in 30 minutes however getting it to the truck seemed to take forever. I was told that with the amount of boxes and furniture I had and the distance between the two places that it wouldn't take them more than the 2 hour limit. That wasn't the case, it turned out to be almost 4hours. They also almost left a large painting behind if I hadn't noticed it sitting against the building. Overall they took great care of my things but seemed to milk the clock to get extra hours.
