The overall experience was good!!! The guys who came to move stuff were amazing so I give them 10 out of 10.
The office people has an improvement opportunity though. They need to do more communication. More means optimum. I had to call them 1 day before move to be sure on schedule when they had promised to call back 1 or 2 days before move.
