The movers were inexperienced and inefficient. They left 9 car loads of items and broke a desk, left a gash in a wall of our new house. There was packing material left and several items that were not assembled correctly. This was not the same experience we had 5 years ago when 2 Men not only moved us once but twice in less than 5 days.

This move was really a treat for me! We got all the "big stuff", even though I had very little to do but "point"! Will and his crew were just awesome!! They made sure all the furniture and lamps, etc., were all very well wrapped! There were no surprises, and the bottom line cost was less than anticipated! Will & crew were the best I've seen so far of the 3 groups I've used! Thanks!!!

It was a seamless experience and I really liked Jose's partner. It was a bit odd because when Jose showed up, he was annoyed that I "didn't inform them that my current home was a 2 story" but I remember explicitly telling the gal who was going over my quote that I was moving from a 2 story house to a 1 level and that was why I was hiring them. Felt like Jose was using a tactic to get a bigger tip.

I was quoted 4-6 hours for the move and it took 11 hours. My home is 1900 SF and definitely NOT filled with a lot of things. It is absurd how long it took THREE men to move our things. They were taking their time for sure. And not only that, they didn't even put the boxes labelled for rooms in the correct room. At the end they just left everything else in the garage.
