The driver was professional and courteous. There were two other young men with him. They were not in uniform I believe they were training. This seemed to get in the way as one guy having to pull up his jeans. It was about 100 degrees out. The driver asked me where I wanted my things but they didn't do as I asked. They put all my belongings with the acception of baby gate and a glass curio cabinet door in the garage. I asked for bxs labeled kitchen, linens, kids room, to be placed Inside.the way my property was placed in the garage was unsafe and I had to point it out to move the boxes as sme were teetering.Heavy boxes were placed upon boxes labeled fragile.This was very upsetting as this is common sense. One guy put the top half of the tool box on my wood table wo padding.Several hvy bxs

The team who came were very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. They took great care with our furniture. They really hustled every moment. When you are paying by the hour that is especially important. I have requested the same team for our POD unload when the floors are finished. Moving your treasured pieces is stressful----and they took the stress out of the process!

The moving team did a great job! Lance and (I can't remember the other guys name) were very pleasant and very hard workers. The only one thing that could be improved is that they could wash their hands more often to prevent getting black fingerprints on my white furniture. I think they did wash their hands before touching the off-white piano, as my husband asked them to. Their thoroughness rapping and protecting the furniture was excellent and we understand that takes a lot of time. We really appreciate it the help with this move!

Entire experience was very positive and professional. Furniture was wrapped with stretch wrap and/or blankets, loaded and unloaded with care. Would highly recommend.
