I was referred to Two Men and a Truck and my experience was even better then I expected. The staff set up my arrangements and made sure I was informed of all details. My movers were exceptional!! They called to see if they could arrive early which worked out great! They took time to explain the move and extra care with all my things. They were fast, strong and dependable young men! We will definetly use Two Men and a Truck for all our moving needs. Thank you!!!

1. Container should come instead of Truck, that means that our stuff has to be re-transferred to container again; which is against to the contract and the advertisement.
2. Movers did upside-down of some furniture and freezer; which is against to the contract and the advertisement.

Because our Mesa franchise is a 'feeder location' for our ValueFlex container moving system, our process is to pick your items up in the truck then transfer them to a container at the Arizona hub for ValueFlex (Glendale North), where it will then be taken to its final destination. The fellows sent to move us were wonderful. I asked to have my kitchen packed up (glassware,etc.) and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company.

The two men were courteous, agreeable and worked quickly. Some kitchen cupboards were overlooked however. Unloading at the storage destination was at dark, I would like to have had more input on the placement for later acessability.

Your service was impeccable; the truck was clean and well stocked with clean materials; the two men with the truck must have been your most exemplary employees because they were on time, careful, efficient, friendly, helpful; in your business it was surprising given the normal dirt and grime of moving things, but they were neatly and smartly dressed. I'll ask for the same team next time I need moving services! Congratulations to you for running an excellent business. I salute you.

There should be a higher rating then excellent. From calling the office(Stephanie) to the actual move (Mark andamp; Anthony) everyone went above and beyond.

This was our third move using TMandamp;AT in the Phoenix metro area. All three moves have gone flawlessly. Since we have used TMandamp;AT before, we knew how to prepare for the move. They loaded furniture from the old 3 bedroom residence; drove to the new residence unloaded and through with the move in 4.75 hours. Thanks Jose, Travis and Andy!!! Great Job!

The team did an excellent job overall. There was some minor damage to our floors from moving heavy product by one mover just inside the front door. This damage may have been avoided if both movers had moved the item that caused the damage. There was some drawer misalignment caused by items being placed upside down during the move, however, there was no resulting damage. We would recommend that items not be turned upside down unless absolutely necessary. Overall Two Men and a Truck is a very good value and the team was very courteous.
