Overall satisfied. A little pricey but nice to not have to move all the heavy stuff.

The movers were there at the beginning of the estimated show time, which worked out perfectly for me. The staff member that helped me out with the quote was very helpful and polite. The movers were quick and cautious of my furniture. Great overall experience.

Was very satisfied with 2 men and a truck Arrived on time movers were very careful with my belongings unfortunately had an accident. with my headboard Chris stepped up to the plate repaired my headboard and delivered it to me in a very timely fashion

Your three men recognized early on that there was no way that one truck could or would hold all of our "stuff." They did not fill the truck completely, and rushed down to Mesa early in order to get a head start on the weekend. We have noticed many problems with our furniture--scratches, drawers that would not open, etc. etc. etc. The three young men did NOT fulfill our expectations! We had to have someone come to work on about seven different items of furniture that got scratched, etc.
I am very sad to have to say this, because we have used your moving company at least two or three or maybe more times, and we have ALWAYS gotten excellent service. What can we say? We were very disappointed with their attitude and the outcome of this move. We had to hire a different company

Kayla was friendly and efficient on the phone and followed up the next day, great customer service. The two moving guys were very nice and spent time to wrap up and protect heavy China cabinets etc., they took things to three different locations all with a smile and care for our belongings. Will definitely use again if ever need to move again, the price ended up being much less then what we were quoted, a nice surprise.

everything was good but they didn’t put my bed back together properly so it fell and the frame got bent. kinda annoying. had to go in after to th and re bend it into place and tighten the screws. not a big deal but not that much fun having it all fall to the ground.

The Packers and the Movers were wonderful. very caring and polite.

The staff and the movers were so friendly, patient, efficient, and helpful. Hey made moving day a lot less stressful.

The 3 men that moved me where very professional and very helpful.
They did an outstanding job and worked at a fast pace to get my belongings packed and moved without any damages overall my experience was outstanding and I will always use you guys when I move thank you.
