The person who comes to estimate the move should either be more experienced or more concerned about the problems that can arise during the move.
For instance: Stairs - angulation of corners - size and weight of or construction of furniture - our feeling is this move required three people instead of two. In fairness to the two people who carried out the move under more than necessary stress & strain.

I was impressed with the timely manner of the young men, and their friendly attitude. However they damaged my walls, and furniture, and one of the guys was upfront about my headboard, that was before they damaged the walls. I appreciate the company taking immediate actions on this problem, which has been resolved.

The moving team communicated very professionally and handled all items with care. They never complained and nothing was even slightly damaged despite having many large/heavy items in the move and narrow staircases at both locations.

The guys that helped me move we're fast, clean, orderly, efficient. Made moving painless. It was awesome. Price was a little high, but I didn't mind for this level of service.

Mark, Michael, and Gerald were AMAZING! It was an emotional day and they came in with wonderful attitudes and it truly changed my day around. They were very hard workers and I felt they went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were well cared for. They were quick, efficient, and asked questions with anything they were unsure of. They were wonderful with my kids too which I greatly appreciated. Great group of guys!

The men did not label all the boxes they packed. They did their best with the time given and I had many small glass items to pack and frames and they were cheerful as they worked. However they moved a little slow, and only came with one pen to label boxes and that soon ran out. I'm not sure what's in the boxes now and that makes it hard to unload.
