Nick and Kyle were absolutely awesome that day! Totally professional, hard-working and conscientious. Couldn't believe how wonderful they were through the entire process. My customer service rep Stephanie was also top rate and provided the best in assisting me with options and the overall move. Fantastic company that I will use again down the road.

Everything was beyond our expectations!! Jose and Kyle were very courteous and efficient from the beginning to the end.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The "moving" team dented two (2) different wall locations and broke the bed-rail of my son's bed.

The two men were very personable and easy to communicate with. They handled the move quickly and efficiently. There were no mishaps. I would highly recommend them to my friends, and would use them again in the future.

did find some damage to our stove on the back. and the front, very upset abut that. its brand new we just bought it.

The mover were great, however when we were able to plug in the 65" TV the following day we noticed the there was damage to the screen, there is one pixel wide blue line about 6 inches long at the top of the screen. We have called the manufacturer to find out what would be the cause, and they said it was due to the move. I really don't know who to call or how to proceed. Please contact me about this claim.

The two young men who assisted us with our move were polite, positive, reassuring ( we were very stressed with our move) and patient. It was refreshing to see two young people be so professional and respectful. We would certainly use them again and will refer people to two men and a truck for their moves.

My items were literally thrown into huge wardrobe boxes, dry cleaned work clothes were thrown on the bottom with dirty shoes, items were not wrapped and were broken. Kitchen packing was good. Overall, the packing was very, very poor. The actual moving portion was pretty good-other than two handles broken off my master dresser there was little damage there.

Movers were fast, friendly, and very professional :)
