The moving team came to my home they were on time and advised me when they were going to be here with the call previous to arriving. The three man crew was excellent they did a great job. We had a tiny hiccup, they small scratched on my floor but resolved it expeditiously. The company was very responsive and sent out a gentleman to repair my floor who is also very pleasant, did a great job I’m very happy with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I can add is that they should’ve had a better dolly to move my large safe. I had them install a very very large safe it was 560 pounds and they used a refrigerator dolly which I thought was a little hazardous for their safety. I wish they had brought with them an ultralift dolly.

The guys were here on time and were helpful, respectful and friendly. Any advice offered was gladly taken, but my Mom reached her destination (1100 miles away) and unloaded today. Lots of items had shifted, scratches and dents on some of the large furniture items, even though they were wrapped in plastic. One case holding cassette tapes opened and cassettes were everywhere. Were these men ever given official instructions on how to place items into a truck and secure them? More instruction should be given!

My team was Parker and Daniel(?). Parker drove and was fine EXCEPT he should have kept a better eye on Daniel. Daniel's packing was good to poor. Some items were unwrapped and in a mess inside the box. The face of a clock radio was scratched and MOST OF ALL, the majority of boxes were unlabeled thereby causing me to go on a treasure hunt and open a box to see what was inside. One box contained a Kuerig coffee machine which was placed on its side, unwrapped, in pieces, and lying on top or sharp kitchen utensils. Most of the boxes remain unopened and I don't know what to expect. Also, the bill was significantly higher than my estimate. I will not hire TM&AT again and if asked for a recommendation it will be poor.

Only one issue with this move: they missed a pair of speaker stand base units (can't find them anywhere!) and they cracked one of my stair overhangs in my home. Things happen, I get it, but when my significant other called to let them know of the damage and missing items, the person in charge of dealing with the damage claims never called back.

Other than that, it was an excellent move, and I'd still recommend this company with no hesitation!

The workers loaded the trailer very poorly with lots of “movement” so many of our belongings were damaged. The care in handling the furniture and boxes was very poor. Even boxes clearly marked FRAGILE were not treated as such. The legs of furniture were damaged, and even broken off, furniture though wrapped got damaged! A brand new refrigerator was damaged and they placed our large newer grill on top of the fridge damaging that as well. We will be filing a claim. Very dissatisfied.

They broke my stereo cabinet. Sent pics and emails to office for reimbursement, have received no comments back as to what will be done.

1/2 of the crew was very good, the other 1/2 was poor quality. This was a remove from where you moved us in 18 months previous and we only added 1 piece of furniture but this move took 4 hours longer than the previous move. In addition I was told by one of the movers that "they do NOT reassemble the beds which the took apart (way more than needed) to move (thus adding to the time to complete). I had onde desk completely destroyed and in process of replacing and one other Armoire broken in 2 places (supposedly being repaired) and multiple broken items packed in boxes individually wrapped (way more breakage than in the previous 3 moves by you.

Ricky and Dalton were excellent movers. They were polite and efficient. We had everything prepared before they got there and they helped us to move quickly and efficiently. The final time ended up being lower than the initial estimate, which saved me a bit on the final cost. There was little damage to our items. I would recommend this service for anyone looking to move in a tight schedule, as long as they are willing to prep beforehand in order to speed the process up.

Team showed up on time and had a great attitude. I ended up tipping well even after they broke one of my glass antique windows. My brother told me after they left that the guy tryed hiding it and ended up only saying something because he walked up on him. They rushed me at the end to sign my paperwork so I didn't go through house and I wish I would have. There was a whole in the wall in the stair well and they didn't put the center feet of my mattress frame in. I sat on my bed and in caved in the center. I also could not then find the feet so I had to purchase new ones. They had great personalities and the reputation of co. I trusted they would take care of me but they didn't. I really wish I didn't tip them as much as I did nor signed off that they were done with no issues.

The movers were very slow, taking a lot of smoke breaks, and spent a lot of time on their phones. The dropped a couple boxes off the truck and broke a 6 piece candle holder. They were not careful bring items into our brand new house dinging walls and doors. They had a very bad attitude as well.
