From the start of my moving process with the office staff to the end with the movers, the experience was only positive!. Office staff put me at ease, explained every little detail and checked in to see if I needed anything prior to the move.
The movers - so professional, courteous and friendly. They treated what I own as if it were theirs. They completed the move much faster than I anticipated!
The entire staff at the Tempe location are truly a andquot;team.andquot;. Thank you so much for making my move easy and a good experience!

Tasi, Isaac, Jose and Lorissa were AESOME! They were very attentive and patient! Great job - we will be calling you again!

The young ladies at the office were good. However, my movers were below average. My one mover Micah was great, however, I was charged for 3 men and clearly I received 1. The young may Jonas while they were packing and unloading he was having an asthma attack. So he had to stop working and had to sit down, while on the clock. Also, Tyler was decent, he also suffered from his knees hurting and had to take a break while on the clock. And when Jonas did start back to work he definitely let it be known that he was short winded. I don't feel that I need to pay for 3 men when I clearly had 1.5. Also, the movers broke my dresser which I didn't know however, Jonas let me know and then went and told his co-workers I was complaining about the dresser, amongst other things.

Evan and Taos were my andquot;knights in shining armourandquot;, coming to the rescue to help me move furniture from a storage unit to a new home when another company cancelled last minute. The guys were sharp, strong, extremely pleasant and positive even though they worked long extra hours and had to move this up and down stairs and through elevators. God bless them and they deserve a huge raise or bonus. Their attitude was exemplary. They had to put together two beds and take apart one and they were very heavy large beds. I am tremendously impressed and appreciative for them. Please give them letters of praise as they are andquot;super heroesandquot; in my book. We started at 10 and finished around 4 and they didn't even stop for lunch. Thank you thank you guys. You were simply the andquot;bestandquot;.

The movers and office staff were very good. The movers were efficient and very courteous. Unfortunately when assembling my wife's antique dresser they put a very large scratch on the entire length of the surface of it. This was a family heirloom of great sentimental attachment to my wife. The office sent a furniture finisher to repair it, but the work on the dresser was mediocre. We will have to have it refinished professionally here. Your people did such a great job it was too bad the experience ended like this.

Very easy process from start to finish! Easy online inventory allowed for the office staff to give an accurate estimate. My moving team was great. Punctual, friendly and respected my items. No damages items. Easy payment at the end. Great experience! Will definitely recommend Two Men andamp; A Truck to friends/family.

Our movers arrived right in the middle of the hour window and were extremely helpful in getting everything we needed moved over to our new home quickly and in good shape. They were capable of dismantling and reassembling the more complicated furniture without any problems, and were in high spirits and having a good time without being careless. We used them in the past and would be very happy to do so again!

Have used you guys several times before and everything has always gone smoothly.

The movers were great, but unfortunately when moving my couch they put a long scratch/rip down the topside of the couch. He filled out a damage report, gave me a copy, and I communicated that when Emily called in regards to my experience. It's been about a week now since informing them of the damage and I haven't heard from the manager.
