We had two separate moves. 1st from Sioux Falls, SD to Rogers, AR movers Larry/Sam were fabulous. Completed move pull out w/n 4 hours 26’ truck packed full. Requested them specifically for 2nd move told YES they were available but got different. 2nd move slow but rushed had to book a 2nd day told we would get TIME credit but we DID NOT. Feel we were way overcharged,not satisfied

I’m truly sorry that your second move didn’t meet your expectations, especially after the positive experience you had the first time. After reviewing your file, I discovered that Larry and Sam were unfortunately out of state on another long-distance move at the time, which is why they weren’t available.
Regarding the time credit, we did apply a discounted hourly rate for your second and third moves. Instead of the standard $199/hour, your services were billed at $189/hour — a $10/hour discount that was extended to help offset the additional time and inconvenience.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. Dylan and his team did a great job! They were fun and friendly. It was a hot move, but they were happy to answer our questions. If they had questions, they did not hesitate to ask us. They didn't guess on where to put things, what to take, or our preferences on anything in our move. It was great and we'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Hannah in the front office was so helpful and easy to schedule with. She answered all my questions and was very responsive and thorough. The guys who did the move were great. They were punctual, careful and so friendly. It was a pleasure to get to have them help me with this move. 10/10 all around

Hannah was super kind and helpful getting our moving process started. She was patient with me as I had to change our moving date more than once. She stayed with me throughout the move with kind calls and information.
The moving team was there right on time, got busy and got us moved. They were a good team. They were respectful to us and of our belongings, and to each other.

First of all, Terrance the main mover was satisfactory, professional, experienced and worked at a consistent pace. His worker contributed to “slow playing” the move and dragging it out until midnight (14 hours with no box packing / furniture only). My main complaint is that I was charged for a second truck that they called off upon arrival. It was eventually rectified on the second attempt.

The mix up on timing was ridiculous. We were scheduled for 2pm and I got a call to be ready at 8am. Then 10am then 11am and finally they got a team to come at the scheduled time of 2pm. Then they were 45 minutes late. On top of that I was charged for the time to drive there and back to the shop. Very unprofessional, unorganized and not dependable. At the least I should get a refund for travel time

Meghan in the office helped me with all the logistics and taking stuff thru and always followed up when I needed changes. The actual movers Damian and Justin were great. Efficient and thoughtful and took care of my special items to my requests. Moving is stressful under any circumstance so having great service helps that much more. Thank you two men and a truck!
