We're excited to share some good news! We just received word from our corporate office that in December 2025, our location ranked #1 in crate revenue and #2 in crate bookings out of all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchises nationwide. That's pretty good when you consider there are 380 locations in the U.S.!
What makes this especially meaningful for us is how new it all is. We just began participating as a crate loading destination this fall. Until then, we primarily unloaded crates shipped from other locations. Stepping into loading was a new territory--and it took off a lot faster than what we expected.
Growing into the new service
For us, this meant making investments in our company and our staff. We purchased a forklift and provided staff with forklift certifications, so not only did our company gain some assets, but we also invested in our staffs' skills. There's no better feeling than having an opportunity to move your staff forward.
For customers, this growth means more options--including solutions that can fit different timelines and different budgets. It also allows us to keep our crew working more consistently throughout the year, which means better retention, more availability, and a stronger operation even during the slow season.
Are there growing pains? Of course. That comes with any meaningful change. But we're proud of how our team has adapted and even prouder to be growing with the Bentonville community.
Northwest Arkansas keeps moving- and we're ready to move with it.
