I was satisfied with every aspect of my move using Two Men and a Truck. The office staff was extremely nice and helpful. The person who came to look at what was to be moved called before he came and arrived promptly. The movers themselves were very nice and helpful. They took great care of my belongings, and they finished the move in less time than estimated. I even called on short notice to see if the move could be one day earlier due to expected heavy rain, and everyone was very accommodating. Thank you for a great experience!

We have used your service before and have been extremely satisfied. This time, however, we had some issues. The young men were great but, didn't wrap or take items we were told they would take. They did not organize the storage units to their full potential nor ensure that some items were placed safely in the locker. Nothing damaged though. For a house of 2300 sq. we had to have 2 large lockers and get another one after they were unable to fit everything in the 2 large ones.

Our experience during the previous ownership was not good and we were not planning on using Two Men again. Our realtor urged us to give Two Men a try again, explaining that is was under new ownership. This experience was MUCH better than the previous one. Everyone was courteous, dependable and caring. We have a few dings, but I didn't expect to get through this move totally fine. We have large, heavy and delicate furniture so we feel a ding or two is inevitable. The moving team was very conscientious with our belongings and should we ever move again, we'll be happy to give them a call.

The service was too slow. I have used movers in the past and had more stuff and they've gotten me loaded and unloaded in 2 1/2 hours. It took them 3 hours just to load and another hour to unload and they didn't get all of my stuff due to the time I was being charged. I had to get other people to help me move the rest of my stuff.

The men who moved my belongings were very efficient. They worked very hard and moved my belongings in good time. I found them to be personable and I would not hesitate to recommend Two Men and a Truck to family and friends. My experience with your company has been excellent. Please excuse my not answering your survey sooner. My work has kept me busy; but I just wanted to let you know your employees did an excellent job!!

The overall moving experience was good. Of the three movers, 2 were excellent. One could not stay off of his cell phone and badly needed deodorant. He wanted to push things through openings when they were tight and take off doors - he had to be backed down a few times. The time he spent on his phone and trying to avoid doing things properly ended up costing me 30-45 minutes in move time. We had some damage to some desks and walls but it can (and has been) touched up. I personally started moving things to keep things going and we overall ended up with just a little damage and not too much cost over the estimate.

Excellent experience all around... from setting the move up on the phone to the movers themselves. Will recommend to friends and family... I give 2 Men & a Truck a 10 out of 10!

Personnel was courteous & overall did good job. Biggest complaint-furniture was to be padded & shrink wrapped & floors protected. No protection was put on floors. Only 2 sofas were shrink wrapped. Remainder of furniture was padded & packing tape used to hold the pads. As furniture was loaded into our storage unit pads were coming loose & not protecting the furniture . I asked for several pads to be taped again. Plan to use your company to move furniture from storage to our home over 400 miles away but most of the padding needs to be reapplied &shrink wrapped before loading on truck. Home has hard wood floors & it is imperative they be protected. Sharon in Mobile ofc was outstanding & professional. Her followup thru the process was appreciated. Have advised her of these issues.
