The young men were very helpful. They made every effort to make a hostile roommate situation end equitably.

The two guys and 1 lady that came to move our stuff were both friendly and professional. They did a great job!

They were on time and gave us a call to let us know they were on the way. Very careful with a couple of items that had not been packed properly and were there to unload on time. Great service and would highly recommend.

I was very upset that when they started moving furniture they came and told me they could not move the marble off my marble top tables,this was not discussed when booking. My chest of drawers was missing hardware and a glass shelf to my china cabinet was completely lost . So no I am not very happy,professional movers should be capable of doing a better job.

My experience was overall not terrible but I was dissatisfied that one of my items was broken in the move and I filled out a claims report expecting office staff to contact me in 2 business days but no one did and also after the move I realized that one of my beds was not put back together correctly and fell apart. Was a bit disappointed that time was not taken to correctly reassembly items that were pulled down by your team. I will tell someone in the future just to pay more attention to details than I did if they use your team and If at all possible for my I will try someone else for my future moving needs
