The service we received from Two Men and a Truck was phenomenal. Everyone in the office was knowledgeable and on top of any need we had. The men moving my furniture from Alabama to New York City were also very polite and professional. They took great care of my items and loaded the truck quickly. Everything arrived at the destination intact. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

Unfortunately, Two Men And A Truck packed one of our computer monitors, resulting in screen damage through negligent packing. Their contract excludes any liability whatsoever for this damage. I spoke to the claims manager, who was not at all helpful.
Response
Rob- We’re very sorry to hear about the damage to your property, and we sincerely apologize that your dispute was not resolved in a way that met your expectations. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please feel free to give us a call at 256-885-2515 to discuss if there’s a reasonable solution we can offer that will better address your concerns.

I was happy with the overall service provided by the movers. They were professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. However, I do think there could have been better organization when placing items in each room. A more structured approach to where things were set would have made the unpacking process much smoother.
Response
Terrez- We appreciate your review and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!
