Everything went very smoothly. The service stated was the service received. There were no unpleasant surprises. The billing was straightforward and exactly as described.
The very kind associate who booked the move for me when I called at the last minute (there is an illness in the family) she was able to kindly accommodate me.

Used Two Men and a Truck to move two bedroom apartment contents into storage. Was very easy to schedule move initially online and then with phone call confirmation. Crew arrived on time and was very professional. They securely wrapped items that needed extra care. At storage unit, all items were placed in unit with consideration to future access. A great and fast move! Highly recommend!

My moving team was amazing! Only issues we had was with the office team. Took over 3 different calls to get scheduled and for them to get back with me. They under quoted me and didn’t get a truck big enough for the move which ended up costing me much more in the end.
Response
Stephen- Thank you for reaching out to us. Due to the high volume of calls during these busy summer months, we are doing our utmost to support each inquiry. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Nate, Jerry and Chris were a great team. They worked efficiently together and I have nothing but gratitude for them. They moved our stuff on a hot summer day and after long hours they still had a great attitude, service-oriented and were ready to help in any way needed. They made the whole move process go smooth. And shout out to Amy also, commitment to excellence made this move work at all.

I was quoted 2,000 for a move that was 15 min up the road. I just bought a home so I needed funding for my closing cost. The other option given was two trucks with 4 men and a hard stop at 1300. I thought with 2 trucks and 4 men 4.5 hours would be enough to move me. The crew only filled one truck and they only got less than half my stuff. It was an awful move.
Response
Sherry-We apologize that your move did not meet your expectations, but a hard stop was necessary because the estimated time required exceeded the budget you had in mind. During the estimate process, we indicated that the allotted time would not be sufficient to move all of your belongings. We have attempted to reach you twice to discuss a potential solution but have not been able to connect. Please contact us at 256-885-2515 at your earliest convenience so that we can resolve this matter together.
