Rob worked hard to get a quote, even dealing with our realtor initially since we were out of the country. The guys that showed up for both the load and unload were fantastic. They hustled to make sure we didn’t have to pay more than necessary and were careful with our stuff. Out of DOZENS of fragile boxes, I had one broken glass. Just amazing! I would definitely recommend!

Overall the team was great and got us moved into our home well. A driveway check was done before the move but the results weren’t communicated with the team who showed up to move me. Wardrobe boxes were supposed to come but got left off the inventory list somehow. The moving team worked hard to put some furniture back together but some of it had to be redone after the team left.

boxes and tape fell apart & didn't hold or protect items. Movers except for lead had no clue about how to do anything - constant questions. Boxes not unloaded to the room marked on the box. Baby grand piano was not put together appropriately and fell. I'm still waiting to hear back on damage claim, meanwhile the piano is sitting precariously on 2 legs.
