They were supposed to have three employees moving to make the time less, but since they only had two employees, it took longer to do the move, which cost us more money because it was paid by the hour from what I understand. We did not know that the items needed to be taped up in the boxes, but they were in boxes just not taped. Since they were not taped up, we were told that they could not move so
