I paid a lot of money to move twice and store my things with two men and a truck. On move in, they ended up losing the hardware and a leg for my bed. On the clock for payment, they submitted a claim for the hardware, saying someone would fix it today or tomorrow. It was scheduled 4 days after and will actually take 11 days to send some one out, without even an apology.

The two young men worked without stopping and had everything moved in half the time we had anticipated. They were so friendly and efficient making sure they put everything where we wanted it. Thanks Sam and Alonzo(not sure I have his name correct.) They did a great job.

The movers did not bring adequate packing materials. I asked for such at least two times before the move. Waiting for a call from the office to have the repair guy come out. Been two business days now.
