The company is not efficient with time which is what is being paid for the most. The moving team were not that friendly and did not go out of their way to help while not being the most careful with my furniture.

The whole experience from notification to final move-in was perfect. The guys are wrapped the furniture in heavy blankets and then saran wrap that so my furniture was perfectly safe and they put flooring down so they wouldn’t track in dirt and patted all the corners.
