OverAll I am happy with the moving crew. One lamp came apart, but the owner Tom will fix it himself and return it to me. One section of my leather couch does have a scratch in it, but the crew went out of their way to make sure that everything was the way I wanted it and they worked in the rain without complaining

The entire reason I hired you people, was for my 12 THOUSAND DOLLAR king size bed. Your 2 men decided not to move that because, and I quote, “it WILL get ruined”. So then we had to figure out at the last minute how to move this mattress. Took us 6 hours the next day and we ended up having to leave items at the house. Also charged for down time for your manager to do a walkthrough. I paid for that.

Mike and his team were on time and amazing guys. They moved quickly and efficiently. They followed all directions and asked questions if needed.
The guys even stayed and help put empty boxes in the dumpster.
The only problem we had was that there wasn’t any way in the iPad to add a cash tip.
