The overall service and experience recieved by your team was very good. Jesse, Brandon, Xavier & Gunnar were friendly, polite & professional. However, I would like to suggest the team utilize moving tools that help with heavy items. Two of them struggled so much getting a dresser upstairs I was concerned for their safety & there are multiple marks on my stairway walls to prove it.
