The guys were on time, pleasant, congenial. They wrapped things well, but in spite three pieces were broken when I finally unwrapped them. I stupidly glued them before taking pictures.

The purchasing process is very simple: a one time booking fee and a rate per hour, nothing more. The two men that showed up were very personable and professional. The two men provided great communication on their arrival time and they worked very carefully and efficiently. All the moving equipment was in excellent condition. The packing materials were new and very good. Set up perfect too.

We did our move in 2 hours and 15 mins and they charged for 3.5 hours. We were told it was charged in 15 min increments and so we should have only paid 3 hours because I looked at my gps to the shop when they left and it should have only taken 48 mins to get to the shop. They only took extra time because they took a wrong turn when going to storage so I had to pay for their mistake
