The guys did an amazing job. Moved very quickly and handled things with no damage. It was a pleasure to have them working with me to complete my move

Moving went generally fine until I was adding a few items to my storage unit. I found that the couch pillows were separated from the couch (cream white couch and pillows). I had to unload half of my storage unit to access my couch to put the pillows back with the couch inside the couch cover. That was a waste of my time to have to go back and fix that.
Response
Thank you for the review! We are sorry your items weren't placed to your liking in the storage unit, and hope it wasn't too much of a conflict for you. Have a fantastic summer, and thank you for choosing the Movers Who Care!

Rebecca was a tremendous help with keeping me straight and making sure we had everything in line for the movie. She questioned me in detail about what we had, the fact that there was an elevator involved, and the estimate was perfect.
Response
Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear that Rebecca was such a great help in making your move smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail — especially when it comes to things like elevators and accurate estimates — is exactly what we strive for. We'll be sure to pass along your appreciation to her!

Jerri
Everything about this experience was simple, pleasant, courteous, and professional. The ONLY thing that was not the best experience was actually calling the office for info or to speak with someone. Most times I was on hold a very long time, then told to leave a voicemail but got disconnected. But my rep and movers were all WONDERFUL and punctual. Thank you for making this an easy move!
Response

I’ve used two men and a truck for all of my moving needs! You’re easy to book (even at a moment’s notice). Tristen listened to what I needed and repeated back what I said. The team showed up early and got right to work. It was a hot, steamy day and the guys worked like Trojans. They took very good care of the items being moved, carefully wrapped the furniture and placing them in the truck.
Response
Hi Cathy, thank you for your continued trust and kind words! We're so glad Tristen and the team delivered great service, even on a tough, hot day. We truly appreciate your loyalty!
Adam
The men were very fast and professional. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture and unwrapped it at delivery. They also handled my stacked washer and dryer well despite it being on the second floor.
Response
Hi Adam, thank you for the great review! We're glad the team provided fast, professional service and handled everything with care—especially that stacked washer and dryer!
