Moving went generally fine until I was adding a few items to my storage unit. I found that the couch pillows were separated from the couch (cream white couch and pillows). I had to unload half of my storage unit to access my couch to put the pillows back with the couch inside the couch cover. That was a waste of my time to have to go back and fix that.

Everything about this experience was simple, pleasant, courteous, and professional. The ONLY thing that was not the best experience was actually calling the office for info or to speak with someone. Most times I was on hold a very long time, then told to leave a voicemail but got disconnected. But my rep and movers were all WONDERFUL and punctual. Thank you for making this an easy move!

I’ve used two men and a truck for all of my moving needs! You’re easy to book (even at a moment’s notice). Tristen listened to what I needed and repeated back what I said. The team showed up early and got right to work. It was a hot, steamy day and the guys worked like Trojans. They took very good care of the items being moved, carefully wrapped the furniture and placing them in the truck.

The men were very fast and professional. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture and unwrapped it at delivery. They also handled my stacked washer and dryer well despite it being on the second floor.
