We're sorry to hear that your move was not what was expected. However, I do need to add that there were about 30 more items than what you the original estimate covered, necessitating more time to move said additional items. Additionally, some of the larger items were extremely heavy, to the point where some of our most experienced and tenured movers stated that they haven't moved items like that before. The additional items and the extreme weight of the items were not disclosed to our CSR's during the booking process. We have sent you a claims form for the damages, and will process your claim according to TX DMV standards and guidelines.

Communication was great and the team arrived on time. Nate and Brady were literally amazing, respectful of the property and easy to work with. Moving is stressful and they just jumped in and made it a seamless process.

Our moving team was fantastic, handling moves from two separate walk-up apartments professionally, quickly, and safely. They were not only on-time, but early for both steps of the move, and we really appreciated their help with our move! 10/10, will call Two Men and a Truck again.

Movers were super nice guys. When I called to say an estimate of items in the home that needed to be moved I stated it would be a whole house. Apparently the truck was filled and the movers told the Supervisor of the home that they weren't moving the other items because they weren't on the list... leaving behind items that had to be moved by our agency, when we paid you to move them.

I enjoyed all the workers & their high energy. They especially cared about us & our belongings. Unfortunately our crock pot ceramic insert was broken. I may have packed it incorrectly. The value was $35. Please consider reimbursing us this cost.

Brandon and Brendon were fantastic! They were fast, but super careful and efficient! There were multiple things I would be about to say something about, but they already knew what needed to be done.
