Two of my large screws that hold a large mirror in a base were missing.
I called a day later, their customer service representative said he would check on them. The team found them in a crate in the back of the moving truck and returned them to me the next day. Very impressive.

I would highly recommend the movers tape all screws to the furniture as they remove it. They did not put my dresser mirror back on and I can't find the screws to do it myself. I also recommend more careful wrapping and packing the truck as several pieces of furniture were damaged. The guys worked very hard and were easy to work with. I think maybe they worked a little too fast and should slow just
