A positive experience! The movers were professional, careful with my mom's furniture and the floors in the house, and so patient with my mom. They even helped her decide how to arrange her bedroom!

The moving team did an excellent job overall. It was an extremely hot and humid day and we had a lot of heavy furniture to move, and they worked hard and didn't seem to complain, despite the weather conditions.

Two of my large screws that hold a large mirror in a base were missing.
I called a day later, their customer service representative said he would check on them. The team found them in a crate in the back of the moving truck and returned them to me the next day. Very impressive.
