Laura
The estimate I was given and the amount it cost ended up being wildly different. I was given a quote on the phone ($635) and paid my deposit only to be sent a different price on the confirmation via email that was for 2 hours more than the estimated time I was told on the phone! I ended up paying over $1000. The movers were professional, but the sales team are complete liars.
Response

Shirley
The movers were on time, professional, and pleasant. They worked so hard to safely get my furniture through the rain and up the stairs. I appreciate their diligence.
Response
Shirley, thank you for sharing this! We’re so glad to hear our team’s professionalism and hard work stood out, especially with the added challenge of rain and stairs. Your appreciation means a lot to us!

From the first phone call for an estimate, until the truck pulled out of our driveway, 2 Men and a truck were fantastic. Every employee was friendly and courteous. The office even called the day of the move to see how the guys were doing. The number was not a local number, so I didn’t answer, but appreciated the thought.
The men took very good care of our items. 5 ⭐️

They were very conscientious from beginning to start. The only issue that we had was after the move when the television was set up, it had lines going across it.The person who set up the cable TV service asked if it had been wrapped with plastic or bubble wrap.It had been by the movers. He reported that this would cause the lines across the screen and that TV's shouldn't be wrapped with plastic.
Response
Hi Kimberly,
Thank you so much for the informative feedback. Please feel free to give us a call to discuss the issue with your tv and we will see how we can make it right for you. We do appreciate your 5-star review.

Move went great! The "Two Guys" did a great job at wrapping everything and taking care during the move. Probably our first move where nothing was scratched damaged. Very happy with the office as well. Great communications and concern for the customer. Movers and the office were both very professional.

I can't say enough good things about your company to my friends and clients. Debbie in the office is amazing. ALL your crews are exceptional. Hard workers, courteous, takes care with my items. I have used you for years (many times) and never been disappointed. As a real estate agent I recommend you to ALL my clients AND I say you must use the LIVONIA office.
