Jersey and Sharif were prompt, professional and pleasant - we could not be happier with the job they did. We have moved a lot and have generally had a good experience with moving teams, but Jersey and Sharif were the best team we've had. Jersey took as much time as needed to move things the right way and often seemed to care more about our items than we did. We will highly recommend!

I hate giving the driver such a low score because Jerome was wonderful however, Dakota, who is the lead person was absolutely horrible. Rude to his coworker, rolled his eyes at me. I felt very uncomfortable in my own home. When I had previously moved I used you guys and had an excellent experience and that’s why I used you again. Based on my experience, I probably won’t use you again.
Response
Holli, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience and the discomfort you felt. This is not the level of professionalism we strive for, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Robert, Elijah and Tyquan arrived as promised, scoped out the move and started right to work. Loaded truck quickly after boxing 2TVs, and shrink wrapping wooded pieces. They decided to use the stairs to the 2nd floor as it was quicker and closer to my apt. These 3 young men are awesome; polite and professional. I highly recommend this team and company! Thank you for a stress free move!

We had previously used 2 Men and a Truck. Our movers, Darius and LaRon, were professional, hard working, non stop men. We treated them to lunch, and they were thankful. They both represented the company very well, and are a good team together!

The team that came to our house to was absolutely amazing. Polite and very hard working!! They did not stop, slack, or goof off!! They put a plan in place on how they were going to start wrapping each piece of furniture before it was loaded in the truck! They cared for our items like they were their own. Did I mention we had 3 stops for them to drop different pieces off to? They were great!
