The team was excellent. They had everything in the truck with in an hour.
I had an errand to run, they got ther before me and had everything unloaded. Charlie called and I was 20 minutes away.
Please that they were able to help my son move a couple of his things out to the garage. Super happy with all involved. Thank you again for everything you did.

Everything went very smooth for both pack and drop off. No damage to anything and both teams were great.
Only thing I’m missing is a broom and dustpan but that could’ve easily been mistaken for the truck’s inventory and pretty cheap anyway so I’m not worried about it.

The moving team both in Syracuse and in Dallas were very courteous, prompt and polite! They took every necessary step to protect the walls and the floors in the house. They were very efficient. They completed loading and unloading in less than an hour! The staff that helped me set up the move in Syracuse were very helpful and professional! I was very pleased with the whole experience! This was my crew's 3rd job of the day, so they were tired and moving slow. A 4-hr job took 6. Two of the 3 guys took a meal break and didn't reflect that on the final bill. Am also concerned that the guys are being worked too hard. Otherwise, everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend booking for earlier in the day to get a fresh, fast crew, especially when billed by the hour.
