I had a damaged piece of furniture and a damage report was created. It's Thursday now and I still haven't heard from the company. Also, the crew lead at one time I thought was disrespectful, which is the first time I have thought that about anyone in any of the dozen moves I have made.

I honestly thought I'd need a 2nd bin. Instead the boys packed the bin in such an orderly fashion, they loaded everything including a piano and sofa! They were extremely pleasant and professional. I could not have been better served at such a reasonable cost! Thanks folks!

The main guy, Jeff seemed great. They moved slowly, took time to fold their blankets and stand around. I moved almost everything to the open area to make it easy and fast. Then the main guy was great, but forgot his tools. So part of my move time was waiting on me to get my tools to assist. I moved items myself because it was so slow. This was expensive and way less items then previous moves

The team did a wonderful job! Moving bulky furniture down a three story walk up is tricky stuff, and it was a huge relief to have them there.
