They are furniture movers. Not piano movers. They didn't know how to handle a piano and really didn't have a piano dolly or even an extra furniture dolly ... so they tipped the piano on its side on a hand truck. To them, my piano was a another piece of furniture. Once they got it on the truck, I made them turn it upright. At home we had them place it in the terrace level not upstairs as planned.

Pianos are not always the easiest items that we move but our teams are capable of doing so without incident. Moving one upright is not required and often it is safer to move them on one end as it makes handling corners and doorways much easier. We apologize if the process was not better explained before the item was moved and we are happy to know that your piano made it safely to your new home.

Some years ago my church Haiti committee had a donation of 1,000 pairs of shoes all stored at house. I did the sorting and packing and labeling. Trouble was the cargo container was in Grand Rapids. Driver called with ETA, they arrived on time. They're a professional and considerate moving team. The estimate given was correct and working with them was extremely easy. They had all supplies needed and what I requested. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I need an apartment or home move. I would also recommend them to anyone needing to move.

I hired Two Men and a Truck on 09/09/25 for a last minute move from one storage unit to the next. Initially, I was going to help out, but I ended up feeling awful that day and ended up on basically bedrest for the next few days. The team of two were so accommodating and worked their butts off to get the move done. I am so very grateful and was happy to pay the extra for the compassionate help. Ty!
