My experience with Houston Northwest and Tom was terrible. I was was charged for services I did not receive. Several damages incurred from the movers, start time was nearly 2 hours late. The move took “5.25 hours” when I have never had a team take more than 2.5 hours for any previous move. My couch was sweat stained and the franchise owner told me I “should not care about the expenses”.

To Home Office customer care. We wlll not be responding to this customer. She is attempting to smear us through multiple social media platforms to justify her existence. Each discussion has different complaints and it is amazing that she did not inform Home Office that she claimed our employees were smoking weed during her move. This is a VERY important issue that she didnt even talk to the owner about except through social media smear tactics. She is unrealistic in her concerns and expectations. We have responded to other social media platforms to correct her untruths in her attempts to make her look honest and be the victim. She also failed to mention that we credited her over $250.00 on this move. We will be addressing her damage claims through the proper channels, Something that she wanted us to circumvent and provide an immediate refund or credit to this move. As you know, we do not deviate from the required procedures at the whim of a customer. She has failed to explain what services we charged her for that she didn't receive, Start times are not exact and are windows. Yes, we were 45 minutes late for her window, however it was explained that 5 of 18 personnel failed to show up for work that day. She also stated on social media that a mover just walked off, when in fact he had heat exhaustion and we stopped her move time. Something she failed to mention here. The estimate for her move is valid for the size. I cannot comment of the other multiple times she has moved in the past 2 years. Its obvious that she is a person that is just dissatisfied with everything in her life. We did not raise our voices or use profanity, like she did, when discussing things with her and have the recordings as proof that she was unreasonable, unruly and unprofessional.

Malik, Monte, and Mason were awesome. They went above and beyond with what was needed. They were careful with our items and placed them in perfect spots in the new place. Boxes were put in the appropriate rooms. They were friendly, professional, and had great senses of humor. Definitely satisfied with the service!

Both guys were kind and considerate. The one guy was obviously much more experienced and really busted his butt. They were careful with all of our belongings so as not to damage anything.
