Shawn and Mario were wonderful help for my move. They were professional, helpful, and careful. I was a bit shocked to see the office team did not prepare them with a drill for disassembling furniture, which significantly impacted the amount of time (and money) required for the move. It felt a bit intentional that the company would cause them to take longer with only using a screwdriver.
Response
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear that Shawn and Mario provided professional and careful service during your move — we’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to them! We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a drill on-site. Our teams carry standard hand tools for basic disassembly, but not power tools unless specifically requested in advance. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to improve our communication for future moves.

Ron
Very friendly staff and moving crew. The office staff kept me well informed and helped to facilitate my move unload at my destination with another Two Men and a Truck franchise. The moving crew was courteous, fast and thorough. I was supposed to receive a text from the crew lead letting me know if my contents fit into a single truck at the U-Pack facility, but I did not. That was the only issue.
Response
