Shawn and Mario were wonderful help for my move. They were professional, helpful, and careful. I was a bit shocked to see the office team did not prepare them with a drill for disassembling furniture, which significantly impacted the amount of time (and money) required for the move. It felt a bit intentional that the company would cause them to take longer with only using a screwdriver.

Very friendly staff and moving crew. The office staff kept me well informed and helped to facilitate my move unload at my destination with another Two Men and a Truck franchise. The moving crew was courteous, fast and thorough. I was supposed to receive a text from the crew lead letting me know if my contents fit into a single truck at the U-Pack facility, but I did not. That was the only issue.
