They did an amazing job every step of the way. Customer service was up front with costs and estimates. The team helping my move were friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciated that I was contacted during the move to make sure I was not having any issues. We had a last minute move I was stressing out about and Two Men and a Truck made it so simple. The office staff were friendly and polite, and the movers were professional and efficient. Poor communication throughout the move: sales failed to explain the split order process and omitted requested unpacking. The moving crew arrived unprepared — missing supplies (boxes, tape, paper, floor runners, carpet protection, shoulder dolly) and unaware of unpacking duties, even arguing about it. A few loose items were damaged. Packing crew performed well.

Your services were scheduled as two separate appointments: a packing service on one day and a moving service on a different day. As a result, these were treated as two separate services. Prior to your move, you were sent two separate pre-move letters outlining the details and pricing associated with each service.
Regarding the unpacking service, this is a newer service offering for our franchise. When unpacking is requested and confirmed, a specific notation is added to the customer's order. While we discussed the possibility of unpacking services with you, that service was never formally confirmed, and therefore the appropriate notation was not added to the order. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Additionally, the scope of the packing service changed between the time the move was booked and the day the packing service was performed. As a result, the packing crew did not arrive with enough materials to accommodate the expanded scope. We also apologize that this information was not properly communicated to the moving crew for the following day. After reviewing your experience, we have taken corrective action to improve communication between our teams and prevent similar issues in the future. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

Hassien and Trevon were polite, friendly, and fast! My move was very last minute because of a difficulty with my apartment complex, and they worked late on a Saturday evening. They did not complain and did everything they could to help during a very stressful situation.

The guys came in and were extremely professional and quick. Got all of my belongings to my new apartment without a scratch. My elevator broke before the move and the moving team used great teamwork to get the job done really fast. Highly recommend these guys!
