This time your guys didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They were definitely not strong enough and damaged my house. I’ve had very good service from you in the past so this was really disappointing.

Mover Ty was openly hostile, dismissive, refused to give his name, ignored my foreign mother‑in‑law, tried to leave early, became upset over one box and one shelf, hung up on the dispatcher, and stopped working for 30 minutes. His behavior felt unsafe and is a serious red flag for the company.

Highly recommend Two Men and A Truck. Professional, courteous, kind, punctual, organized, explained everything, cleaned up when finished. Was an emotional day moving our elderly mother into a Memory Care facility. Austin and Omar were very supportive and made a difficult day less stressful. I have used TMAAT multiple times now for moves and recently junk removal through their sister service. I am very happy with the service that I receive, and in particular my moving team this time was excellent.
