The 3 young men that moved my dad today were wonderful. They wrapped our furniture so well and packed the truck meticulously. We could not have done it this well on our own!! Dad had surgery last week so this was an added blessing to have their help.

NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My furniture was damaged! My sofa is torn, my love seat is broken, both of these items were less than 2 years old, I do have a receipt. My bed is damaged, my lamps are chipped, my coffee table was damaged tremendously. They lost the cord to my television, forgot my rug, and had the nerve to give me a nasty attitude. They had another move scheduled at 11:30 that same day.

From start to finish, this was the best, most fairly priced and smooth move I’ve had. The cost was significantly less than other quotes I received. The office contacts were pleasant and efficient. The two movers were fast, polite and effective. I’m very satisfied with the whole experience.

The company damaged so much stuff and hid it from me. I found pieces of evidence that items were broken and removed off the premise. Items were also left at the old house after speaking with the team and going over everything during the walk thru.
The office staff was very rude and not at all helpful with issues. No one took responsibility and there was no remorse.

We would like to clarify that your concerns were formally submitted through our claims process and were reviewed and resolved in accordance with the valuation option selected at the time of your move. Our team worked to address each item submitted and provide a resolution based on those terms.
In addition, after your initial concerns were raised, we arranged for the crew to return promptly at no charge to further assist, something we provided as a courtesy.
We understand that moving can be stressful, and while we regret that you’re still dissatisfied, we have followed all appropriate procedures and made every effort to address your concerns.

Our moving team this morning was outstanding! They were so nice! They did an excellent job moving our bins and boxes. I had to drop off my dog to the groomer nearby the new residence. Your awesome team waited for me to greet them at new residence. I just can’t say enough how professional they were! They were really careful with the items we had them move. Highly recommend!!
