The company damaged so much stuff and hid it from me. I found pieces of evidence that items were broken and removed off the premise. Items were also left at the old house after speaking with the team and going over everything during the walk thru.
The office staff was very rude and not at all helpful with issues. No one took responsibility and there was no remorse.

We would like to clarify that your concerns were formally submitted through our claims process and were reviewed and resolved in accordance with the valuation option selected at the time of your move. Our team worked to address each item submitted and provide a resolution based on those terms.
In addition, after your initial concerns were raised, we arranged for the crew to return promptly at no charge to further assist, something we provided as a courtesy.

Our moving team this morning was outstanding! They were so nice! They did an excellent job moving our bins and boxes. I had to drop off my dog to the groomer nearby the new residence. Your awesome team waited for me to greet them at new residence. I just can’t say enough how professional they were! They were really careful with the items we had them move. Highly recommend!! I was so happy with Carlos and Wilfredo, who came as a team to unload two truck loads of household furniture and boxes shipped to NM from Maryland. They were great and finished unloading well under the estimated quote, which saved us hundreds of dollars. Gabe and Kirby was my moving team. They were fantastic! They worked quickly and efficiently. They even finished my move in 4 hours instead of the 5 hours they thought it would take. I would highly recommend them and use Two Men and a Truck again.
