Not sure how fully I can covey just how helpful our scheduler Carlos was and how expertly the 4 respectful young men who moved our household furniture from one location to another—same town, different house…but I will make an attempt by saying the service from start to finish was superior. No added fees, no unexpected surprises and no damage to anything. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Office staff member Jesse was extremely rude and short with me day of move when I had questions and concerns. I left a voicemail with the manager who never responded to me and I think I may have been overcharged for my move and the team didn’t stop the clock during travel time. Altogether not the experience I expected from two men and truck and doesn’t seem to hold true to company values.

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your move, we can confirm that billing was completed according to the terms outlined in the pre-move confirmation letter. The hourly clock begins upon the movers’ arrival and ends once unloading and paperwork are complete, with travel time between locations included.
