Our Office move went Flawlessly!! ...We had a lot of big, heavy, inconvenient furniture items that had to be brought up to the second floor at the new location, and our movers stayed positive and upbeat the entire time! I would highly recommend this team to anybody who asks!

Not sure how fully I can covey just how helpful our scheduler Carlos was and how expertly the 4 respectful young men who moved our household furniture from one location to another—same town, different house…but I will make an attempt by saying the service from start to finish was superior. No added fees, no unexpected surprises and no damage to anything. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I received 100% satisfaction from the very first phone call to this company and the representative who talked me through each step up to moving day! And the movers thoroughly wrapped my furniture and took the greatest care moving each piece, each box, each loose item! I was truly amazed with quickness and all gentlemen! Office staff member Jesse was extremely rude and short with me day of move when I had questions and concerns. I left a voicemail with the manager who never responded to me and I think I may have been overcharged for my move and the team didn’t stop the clock during travel time. Altogether not the experience I expected from two men and truck and doesn’t seem to hold true to company values.

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your move, we can confirm that billing was completed according to the terms outlined in the pre-move confirmation letter. The hourly clock begins upon the movers’ arrival and ends once unloading and paperwork are complete, with travel time between locations included.
